Product

 

The oil is cloudy. Is it normal?

Yes, it is. The extra virgin olive oil is cloudy during the months after the harvesting. This cloudiness will disappear as time passed and a dark sediment could appear at the bottom of the bottle, which will stay there unless you don’t shake the bottle. Anyway the cloudiness and the dark sediment are quality and naturalness signs.

How much time can the olive oil be preserved?  

The olive oil can be preserved even for a year and half. Anyway is better to consume the oil within a year so that the product don’t lose its organoleptic properties.

Where can I keep my oil?

The olive oil should be kept in a cool dry place and should not be exposed to excessive heat to avoid the oxidation. This is why Cuvea have chosen dark bottles for our extra virgin olive oil. In fact, the dark bottle protects the oil from the sunlight that can damage the olive oil organoleptic properties.

On average, our products take from 3 to 4 workings days to arrive at your home.

If my products are damaged what can I do?

Return policy

 

I’ve changed my mind and I want to return the product, what can I do?

Our legislation guarantee the right to withdraw from a contract (purchase) when shopping online.

So if you have change your mind about your order you can send back the product within 10 working days from the day you received it and send us an email to info@cuvea.co.uk or to phone us at the number

You don’t have to explain why and the only cost you have to bear is that of returning the product to our address:

Cuvea will refund you entirely as soon as possible (anyway within 14 days from the date of your email).
